Smoked Black Bean & Corn Burrito

1 15 oz can black beans, partially drain
1 ½ cup frozen corn or 1 can whole kernel corn
1 + ½ Tbsp hickory liquid smoke
1 tsp garlic granules
2 tsp onion granules
8-10 corn tortillas

Place all ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to med-low and cook for 5 minutes.

Warm a tortilla, spread ¼ avocado on the tortilla and add a scoop of beans. Sprinkle salt to taste if desired.

Simple, fast, delicious!
May also serve over rice.
